Many were eager to grow as leaders but had never received a formal education in leadership or the chance to talk with people who had built and run businesses.
Next In Leadership was created
to help close that gap.It brings together podcast conversations, leadership ideas, and discussions about work and business ownership to help emerging leaders think about the direction they want to pursue. Some people want to grow within an organization and develop their leadership skills.
Others are curious about entrepreneurship or owning a business of their own. Wherever someone is starting, Next In Leadership offers a place to learn, think, and explore what direction may be worth pursuing.
Reed Nyffeler is a lifelong entrepreneur who believes the next generation of
